ReFine was founded in 2009 by publishers Katy Sulester and Cord Shiflet; Katy and Cord bring over 20 years of combined industry knowledge to ReFine. Katy was regional publisher of Pinnacle magazine for the past 8 years. Cord is a realtor specializing in high-end luxury real estate. With a great depth of knowledge in their respective fields, the concept of a new luxury real estate publication came naturally.

ReFine introduces high-end homes to a very select market. ReFine has an expected quarterly distribution of 20,000 magazines concentrated on the highest net worth individuals in Travis County. Our circulation is handpicked by Cord down to each individual street. The overall quality and design is overseen by Katy.
